Directions to the Range
The Association's Cherry Ridge Range is located in Highland Lakes, Sussex County, New Jersey. It is approximately four miles north of Route 23 off Canistear Road. Canistear Road is approximately 21 miles northeast on Route 23 from U.S. Highway 46 and Interstate 80 (and 12.5 miles from Interstate 287).
- From South Jersey via New Jersey Turnpike Take Turnpike north to Route 80 West. Continue on Route 80 West to Route 23 North. Follow directions below.
- From South Jersey via Garden State Parkway Take GSP north to Route 3 West. Route 3 West merges with Route 46 West. Continue on Route 46 West to Route 23 North. Follow directions below.
- From George Washington Bridge Take Route 95 South to Route 80 West. Continue on Route 80 West to Route 23 North. Follow directions below.
From Route 23 Take Route 23 North to Canistear Road. Proceed north on Canistear Road 4.2 miles to Range Road. Turn right, go 0.5 miles to Club House.

Take the Parkway South to exit 67
At the end of the ramp turn right on to Route 554 WEST
Follow that till it ends and merge on to Route 72 WEST
The mile markers will descend, and the range will be on your left between markers 9 and 8
If you pass the first entrance you'll see a "pick your own cranberries" sign on the left
Use you own judgment before you try the next line !!!
This is the second entrance - turn left there and back-up 1600 ft on the shoulder until you get to the first entrance.
If you get lost, find a state police car, they all use Garland's range and can direct you there.

From JFK Airport:
VanWyck Parkway to Bronx-Whitestone Bridge. After crossing the bridge, look for the Cross Bronx Expressway. Follow the Cross Bronx Expressway to the Bronx River Parkway north. Take the Bronx River Parkway to left fork for the Sprain Brook Parkway. Follow Sprain Brook Parkway to Route 287, left exit to Tappan Zee Bridge and Interstate 87 (New York State Thruway). Over bridge, take exit 13N onto the Palisades Interstate Parkway heading north. Take the PIP north to its end (Bear Mountain traffic circle). Follow signs for Route 9W north (3d exit off traffic circle). Take the first "West Point, Highland Falls" exit. This will lead you into Highland Falls, past the Visitor's Center and Museum, and through to Thayer Gate.From LaGuardia Airport:

Exit airport, make left turn onto New York State Route 207 to the New York State Route 300 interchange. Make left turn onto Route 300, cross New York State Route 17K to the Interstate 84 interchange. Take I-84 east to exit 10 (Route 9W). Make right turn onto 9W south. Take the second "West Point, Highland Falls" exit. This will lead you into Highland Falls, past the Visitor's Center and Museum, and through to Thayer Gate.
