 | How come when I order more than one piece or set, the second one is cheaper? The first piece requires setup, designing, optimizing your picture, and testing. The Second piece just requires Lasering the item, so we pass the savings on to you, so you can purchase extra items to give to the special people in your life. |
 | How long will it take to receive my order? We accept Credit Cards, checks and money orders. Your order will be processed when your check clears the bank, or immediately upon receipt of a money order. Turn around time is normally 1-2 days for in stock items.
Depending on the complexity of the order, some stock items can be ready in a 24 hour period. |
 | What is your refund policy? 1. Refunds will be given ONLY on NON Customized items.
2. Returned items must be in original undamaged condition, with original packaging materials.
3. Please call 1-973-237-9270 for a Return Authorization number before making a return. We will not accept or be responsible for returns made without a valid Return Authorization number printed clearly on the shipping label.. Ship as instructed (usually UPS - Ground)
